In the study by Streffing et al (2019), mothers of premature babies were asked about their experiences of expressing using the Carum breast pump in the first 14 days after their child’s birth. The results, which were collected by means of a standardized questionnaire, show high satisfaction among mothers when using the Carum pump.
The survey shows that mothers really appreciate the simplicity, understandability, and user-friendliness of the Carum breas tpump.
It also indicates high satisfaction among mothers using the Carum pump:
- Mothers feel very confident about handling the pump – showing a very positive effect during a time of great uncertainty.
- Mothers noted that they felt at peace whilst expressing
- Mothers felt comfortable whilst expressing (low level of discomfort indicated)
